A Jamestown woman, a Coldspring woman and a juvenile were charged Saturday night after a gang assault reported at a Central Road residence in Coldspring early Saturday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Seneca Nation Allegany Territory charged 37-year-old Kristen D. Peterson of Jamestown, 41-year-old Shelby K. Loucks of Coldspring and the juvenile were charged with assault and strangulation.
Peterson, Loucks, and the teen were transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
The teen was released on an appearance ticket for Cattaraugus County Youth Part of Superior Court while Loucks and Peterson were both remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail with bail set.
Loucks and Peterson are both due in the Town of Coldspring Court at a later date for further proceedings.
