The Pennsylvania Superior Court has denied the assertion of a convicted man that his appeal attorney was ineffective.
Walter “Ghost” Dennis was convicted after a 2-day jury trial in 2022 of various drug crimes and appealed the conviction.
The Superior Court affirmed his conviction and sentencing in September 2024 where Dennis alleged that his trial attorney was ineffective in representing him.
The Superior Court affirmed the McKean County Judge’s denial of his ineffective assistance of counsel claims.
Dennis remains incarcerated in state prison, serving the 8 to 16 years imposed at sentencing.
