A Hinsdale man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Wagner Hill Road early Sunday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 19-year-old Ethan D. Miller with first offense DWI, Aggravated DWI, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving and driving Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
Patrol responded to the area of Gile Hollow for reports of a suspicious vehicle.
Miller was taken into custody without issue, and was released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.
