A West Seneca man was arrested early Sunday morning in Springville on a warrant for allegedly breaking into the Cattaraugus County Building in Olean on April 1.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Aaron J. Leo on an active arrest warrant issued by the City of Olean Court for criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
Leo was released with an appearance ticket to return to the Olean City Court at a later date to answer the charges.
