An Olean man was arrested on drug felonies Thursday afternoon.
Olean Police charged 35-year-old Kyle T. Margeson with felony possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant by the Olean Street Crimes Unit for Kyle Margeson’s person where they allegedly found Psilocybin mushrooms and drug paraphernalia.
