A Randolph woman was arrested in Olean in connection to a pending fraud investigation in Allegany.
New York State Police charged 48-year-old Mary L. Mosley with offering a false instrument to file.
Mosley was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
