A Windsor, Pa woman was arrested on drug charged after a traffic stop on 2900 block of Route 219 in Hamlin Township.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 29-year-old Tatiana Hoffard with possession of a controlled substance.
Hoffard was remanded to the McKean County Jail.
