A Salamanca man was charged after a bicycle incident in Salamanca last Sunday.
Salamanca Police charged 36-year-old Khristerpher Ellis with Failure to use Bike Lane, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Ellis was processed and held for arraignment.
