An Olean man was charged after a one-vehicle accident at a Nine Mile Road residence in Carrollton late Monday night.
New York State Police charged 60-year-old Michael J. Dupont with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
One injury was reported and Dupont was issued an appearance ticket.
