The Pennsylvania Supreme Court denied the latest request for an appeal by the Bradford man convicted of murdering his girlfriend in Bradford in 2021.
Anthony Fenton was convicted in 2024 of Tammy Prosser’s murder and, following sentence, he appealed his conviction to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
In December 2025, the Superior Court affirmed the conviction and sentence imposed by the judge.
Fenton sought permission to file an appeal with the State’s highest court – the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, who denied his request.
