Allegany Man Arrested on Failure to Comply Warrant

An Allegany man was arrested on a warrant at a North 12^th Street address in Olean Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Taytem L. Heitzinger on a bench warrant out of Cattaraugus County Court for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of treatment court.

Heitzinger was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further court proceedings.
