A Bradford man was charged with allegedly attempting to confront a Pearl Street resident with a baseball bat while drunk this afternoon.
City of Bradford Police charged 30-year-old Nathan Allen Swain with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
While at the Magistrate’s Office, Swain allegedly became violent, threatening harm to officers and repeatedly screaming obscenities.
As a result, additional disorderly conduct charges are pending against him.
Swain was remanded to the McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
