A Hinsdale resident was charged Wednesday afternoon after being located on Reed St. in Olean in connection to an assault reported on Fair Oak Street in Little Valley.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus Sheriff’s Office charged 48-year-old Tasheen J. Robinson with felony Strangulation, Criminal Mischief, Assault and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
Robinson was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and will appear in Cattaraugus County Court at a later date.
As a result of this arrest, Deputies discovered Robinson, a level 3 sex offender, was found to be living at a Rochambeau Ave. address in the Town of Andover and not his registered address on Rt 16 in Hinsdale.
Robinson was additionally charged with failure to register as a sex offender within 10 days.
