The City of Bradford Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying a man operating a bicycle who is wanted in connection with an incident that occurred Saturday morning.
Anyone who has any information on the man or the blue Schwinn Sidewinder mountain bike is asked to contact McKean County 911 at (814) 887-4911.
