Allegany Man Arrested as Fugitive from PA State Police

An Allegany man was arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania Monday night.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Nathan R. Brown on an active warrant out the Lewis Run-based Pennsylvania State Police.

Brown was transported to Ellicottville Town Court where he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail as a Fugitive from Justice. Brown will be held awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
