The City of Bradford Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying an alleged bicycle thief that had stolen a bike from the Barbour Street area Monday afternoon.
The bicycle belonged to a young boy and was eventually recovered after it was rode to the South Kendall Avenue area before being ditched.
