An Olean man who previously pled guilty to federal child pornography charges was sentenced Wednesday.
31-year-old Philip Young was sentenced to 15 years in prison and lifetime supervised release.
The sentencing stems from an image of a naked prepubescent girl that was traced back to Young after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a report on June 22, 2023.
