A Bradford man was arrested on a McKean County Sheriff’s Warrant after being observed in the Country Fair parking lot last Sunday.
City of Bradford Police arrested 39-year-old Kyle Kolin Keller on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a receiving stolen property charge.
Keller was remanded to the McKean County Jail.
