A Bradford man was arrested on a McKean County Sheriff’s Warrant Thursday.
City of Bradford Police arrested 20-year-old Dakotah M. Miksich on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a criminal mischief charge.
The charges stem from Miksich allegedly causing intentional property damage to the Friendship Table where he smashed windows, causing over $4,900 in damages.
Miksich had failed to appear in court to face these charges, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Bradford Police transferred custody of Miksich to the McKean County Sheriff’s Office, and he was remanded to the McKean County Jail.
