An Olean man was charged with a felony after a domestic incident in Portville late Thursday night.
New York State Police charged 39-year-old Sean A. Tucker with felony criminal contempt with a previous conviction within 5 years.
Upon arrest, Tucker was additionally charged with three separate counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Tucker was remanded to jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
