A Warren man was arrested early Sunday morning at the 86 West Rest Stop in Randolph in connection to a missing child.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 65-year-old Gregg M. Johnson with unlawfully dealing with a child and Endangering the Welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person.
Johnson was processed and released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Randolph Court at a later date.
