A Cuba man was charged with driving under the influence in Olean Monday morning.
New York State Police charged 52-year-old Richard Lewis Duell with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and three separate counts of possession of a controlled substance.
After the arrest, state troopers realized Duell was the suspect in a vehicle infraction reported in Clarksville on March 27.
Police additionally charged him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Duell was held for central arraignment.
