An Olean man has pleaded guilty to drug and weapons charges in federal court in Buffalo on Thursday.
55-year-old Theodore E. ‘Teddy Ticklez’ Coffie pleaded guilty to narcotics conspiracy and being a felon in possession of a firearm charges.
These charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life and a potential fine of up to $10 million.
Coffie is scheduled for sentencing on Oct. 21 at 11 a.m.
