A Caneadea man and an Olean woman were arrested on drug charges in Olean Sunday night.
New York State Police charged 38-year-old Brian P. Kilpatrick and 47-year-old Adele Marie Pierce with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kilpatrick was charged with additional counts of both possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kilpatrick & Pierce were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
