A Cuba man was arrested on felony charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Hinsdale Saturday night.
New York State Police charged 39-year-old Thomas R. Childs with felony aggravated unlicensed operation after a permanent revocation and DWI.
Childs was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
