An Olean woman was charged Wednesday night in connection to an Allegany credit card theft reported on May 18.
New York State Police charged 43-year-old Angela L. Bailey with felony possession of a stolen credit card, conspiracy and identity theft.
Bailey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
