Lebanon Man Charged with Theft in Allegany

A Lebanon, Pa man was charged with an Allegany theft Thursday afternoon.

New York State Police charged 28-year-old Derik N. Nelson with petit larceny.

Nelson was then later charged with obstruction of governmental administration and criminal mischief with intent to damage property in Olean.

Nelson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
