A Wellsville man was arrested in Amity on child pornography charges on Tuesday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 28-year-old Hunter H. Kane with felony possession of a sexual performance of a child.
Kane was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
