An Olean man was charged late Wednesday night for allegedly stealing from a vehicle in Olean back on Independence Day.
New York State Police 43-year-old Joshua Mosher with two felony counts of grand larceny for credit card theft and petit larceny.
An investigation by troopers also determined Mosher was a suspect in a theft reported in Allegany on May 18.
Mosher was then charged with two separate counts of identity theft, petit larceny and conspiracy.
Mosher was issued appearance tickets in both cases and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
