An Olean man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop at the Country Fair in Olean Thursday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 34-year-old Sean D. Dewitt two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a seatbelt infraction.
The charges stem from patrol allegedly observing Dewitt as the third occupant of a two-seat vehicle.
Dewitt was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
