An Arcade woman was charged in Olean with welfare fraud Thursday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 28-year-old Sara R. Territo with felony grand larceny, felony welfare fraud and felony false instrument for filing.
The charges stem from Territo allegedly receiving over $7,000 in fraudulent SNAP benefits.
Territo was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Olean Court at a later date.
