A Bradford woman was arrested on a warrant and multiple other charges last week.
City of Bradford Police arrested 28-year-old Heather N. Carter on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear to answer for a charge of receiving stolen property as well as new charges of theft, defiant trespass and criminal mischief.
Carter was arraigned on four different cases.
The first case dates back to June 5, where Carter allegedly stole a baby stroller from the front porch of Jefferson Street residence.
The second and third case occurred on June 11 & 17, where she allegedly trespassed at the same High Rise apartment of Bushnell Street.
The fourth case occurred on July 17, where Carter allegedly stole a garbage bag from the garbage can of the Soap Box Laundramat on Mechanic Street.
Carter then entered the lobby of the apartments at 9 Chautauqua Place, above Duncan Donuts, and attempted to use the garbage bag to urinate and defecate. She missed, causing a serious mess and hazardous conditions.
Carter remains in McKean County Jail pending preliminary hearings on all four cases.
