A Coldspring man was arrested Saturday night after an ATV Rollover crash at the intersection of W. Perimeter Road and Old Route 17 with a small child without a helmet on board.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 45-year-old Virgil L. Wolfe with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Leandra’s Law DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unlicensed Operation, Unregistered ATV, Unlawfully Operating an ATV on the highway, Operating an ATV without insurance, No Helmet while Operating an ATV and Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
Wolfe was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
