A Bradford man and woman were arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Bolivar Drive in Foster Township.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 22-year-old Brandon McKinney and 18-year-old Kearston Chambers with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
