A Little Valley man was charged with rape in Beamus Point Thursday afternoon.
Deputies of the Chautauqua Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Andrea Lucignano on a grand jury warrant with charges of first and third degree felony rape.
He was held at Chautauqua County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
