A new traffic pattern for the roads near Olean High School took effect Monday that effects the 400 blocks of both North Third and North Fourth streets
North Third Street is now a one-way street south from Reed to West Sullivan Street while North Fourth Street is a one-way street north from West Sullivan to Reed Street.
Parking will only be allowed on the west side of the roadway Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on holidays.
Motorists are asked to use caution while adapting to the changes.
