An Olean man was arrested on a warrant after being seen walking on W State St by patrol on Monday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Shawn M. Baker on an active arrest warrant issued out of Portville Town Court.
Baker was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear back at Portville Town Court at a later date.
