A Hinsdale man was charged with a felony after an incident on Wednesday evening.
New York State Police charged 61-year-old Stephen J. Carey with felony weapon possession with a previous conviction, menacing with a weapon and possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
Carey was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
