Two more people were officially charged in connection to a stabbing reported at a Tim Hortons in Jamestown last December.
42-year-old Eric Spencer of Jamestown and Nicholas “Niky Sal” Attalla were charged with second-degree criminal nuisance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Attalla was additionally charged with third-degree assault.
The charges stem from Niky Sal, a social media influencer, allegedly staging a confrontation with 34-year-old James Morris of Jamestown on Dec 13 to expose him as a pedophile.
Morris allegedly stabbed Attalla, resulting in Morris being charged with felony assault, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a weapon.
