A Bradford man was arrested after a hit-and-run on Mechanic Street followed by a gun incident early Sunday morning.
City of Bradford Police charged 34-year-old Parker Michael Gorrell with Terroristic threats, Reckless endangerment, Simple assault by physical menace, Harassment, Disorderly conduct, Damaging an attended vehicle or property with a vehicle, Public drunkenness, Reckless driving, Abandoning a vehicle on a highway, Driving upon a sidewalk and Failure to stop & provide information and render aid.
The charges stem from Gorrell’s silver Jeep allegedly striking an occupied vehicle and speeding from the scene failing to stop at a red light at the intersection of Mechanic Street and West Washington Street.
Officers were then dispatched to South Kendall Ave for multiple reports of a man in the roadway with a shotgun.
Upon arrival, Gorrell was standing in the roadway of South Kendall Ave with his arms raised, a shotgun in the west lane and the disabled Jeep in the east lane.
Gorrell was allegedly under the influence of alcohol during the incident.
He was remanded to the McKean County Jail on $250,000 bail.
