An Olean man and women were arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Carrollton early this morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 54-year-old Jeffrey L. Haberer and 35-year-old Shantel N. Coyle after K9 Lex provided a positive indication for narcotics and deputies allegedly finding methamphetamine and fentanyl in the vehicle.
Coyle was charged with two separate felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing governmental administration while Haberer was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Both Coyle and Haberer were issued appearance tickets and are due back in the Town of Carrollton Court at a later date.
