A Bradford man was charged Wednesday with repeatedly exposing himself.
City of a Bradford Police charged 68-year-old James Christopher Rensel with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
The charges stem from a neighbor reportedly observing Rensel expose himself through an opening in a fence separating the properties multiple times between July and September near a public sidewalk regularly used by neighborhood residents, including children.
Investigators also reviewed surveillance images allegedly documenting this.
Rensel was already registered under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law as a lifetime registrant based upon prior sex offenses and was previously classified as a sexual predator in Ohio.
Rensel was remanded to the McKean County Jail on $150,000 bail.
