A homeless man was charged with multiple felonies after a reported burglary in Carrollton Friday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 44-year-old Matthew Thomas Zawatski with felony burglary with intent to commit a crime and felony criminal mischief for property damage.
Zawatski was remanded to jail on $40,000 bail.
