A Napoli man was charged for trespassing at a Center St property in Salamanca Sunday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Khristerpher M. Ellis on an active Exclusion Order from the Seneca Nation of Indians.
Ellis was released with an appearance ticket for the trespassing charge while The Seneca Nation Marshals also issued him an appearance ticket for Peacemakers Court.
Ellis is due in the City of Salamanca Court at a later date for further proceedings.
