Noah Östlund’s power-play goal early in the third was the game-winner. Buffalo went two for five on the power play.
Colten Ellis was pulled after two goals on nine shots, and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen stopped thirteen in relief.
The cost: Dahlin left in the second period with an upper-body injury. He’s day-to-day and didn’t travel to Montreal.
