A Salamanca man was arrested Thursday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Dillon J. Lichy on a valid bench warrant out of Cattaraugus County Court.
He was processed and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to be held pending further court proceedings.
