A Bradford woman was charged after her dog allegedly bit a toddler.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 27-year-old Erika Close with multiple dog law violations after her dog caused minor injuries to a 2-year-old girl and Close allegedly didn’t have any rabies vaccination paperwork and refused to provide said paperwork several times.
