A woman has been charged in connection with an assault and property damage in Friendship, NY. Police say that Sunday 36 year-old Rose Bickford of Friendship intentionally damaged property and struck a person. Bickford was charged with criminal mischief and harassment and sent to the Allegany County Jail.
