The fate of the OYO Hotel in Bradford is not promising after a more than four-hour appeal hearing Thursday, which owner Ashok Bhatt didn’t even attend.
OYO manager Julie Tipton acted on Bhatt’s behalf, asking if they must close, could they have until spring, as many of the people in the building will be difficult to rehome.
Bradford City health director John Peterson has not yet issued a decision but is taking the matter under advisement.
Tipton added that Bhatt wouldn’t appeal the decision if it doesn’t end up in his favor.
