A Roulette Pa man was arrested Thursday for sexual abuse in Allegany.
New York State Police charged 30-year-old Jacob J. Tarr with felony sexual abuse for forcible compulsion for abuse reported on Halloween of 2023.
Tarr was held pending arraignment.
